Hi Timebankers,

Lincoln Envirotown have asked us all to rally round and help them out. They are hosting a 'Repair Cafe', which is part of their amazing Sustainability Trail. This is a place where people can bring things that they can't fix themselves but don't wish to throw away, in the hope that someone else CAN fix it.

Examples are bicycles, anything tech'y or electronic, woodwork, clothes, shoes, toys, tools, stuff etc.

LET needs some willing volunteers who are good at fixing things (good Kiwi genius) to step forward and offer their skills for a few hours on Sat 2nd Nov. 12-5pm at the Rolly community centre (by Library).

If you are a dab hand at glueing, mending, taking things apart and putting them back together again (or if you KNOW of anyone who is) then please get intouch with us or with Dave at LET (projectmanagerlet@gmail.com)

Timebank credits for your time and real money for any fix'y things you'd need to bring and use; fuses, glue, wire...

Thanks in advance.

Selwyn Timebank & LET team.
